CashBrawl Terms and Conditions — proposed v3

Draft of 13 October 2026, translated from Italian. Changes from v2 are proposals for approval, not new operational rules. The effective date, operator, permitted territories and legal clauses must be confirmed before publication.

Article 1. Service and definitions

CashBrawl organises matches between Brawl Stars players, manages accounts and records stakes, prizes and transactions through the website and Telegram bot. Matches take place in Supercell's game; CashBrawl does not control its servers.

The account is the service's internal profile. The website will use email or Google; Telegram remains the entry point for the bot and future Mini App. A Telegram account is not automatically merged with a website account. A Brawl Stars tag may be linked to only one account.

The real balance and withdrawable balance are account funds subject to the conditions displayed in the wallet. The bonus balance, marked ◈, is promotional credit subject to wagering requirements and conversion limits. A bonus cannot be withdrawn immediately.

The host is the participant who creates the Brawl Stars room, sets up the match and sends the link to the other players. Match conditions are displayed before play.

Article 2. Acceptance and updates

Website registration requires accepting the Terms and declaring that you are an adult, as provided by the sign-up flow. Viewing a public page alone does not create an account or a new acceptance.

V3 does not automatically require existing accounts to accept again. The effective date, notification method and any need for new acceptance must be approved before this version is published.

Article 3. Eligibility, account and security

The service is restricted to people aged at least 18. Self-declaration is not documentary age verification. Where necessary, document checks are planned at withdrawal; the text does not claim an automatic age check is already available at every Telegram entry point.

Use credentials and a game profile that belong to you. Protect your password and external sign-in accounts; do not share verification codes. Do not use additional accounts to circumvent restrictions or promotional benefits.

Territorial conditions to define with the operator and competent advisers: permitted or excluded countries, location checks and conditions of use in each jurisdiction. This draft does not claim unverified geographical blocking is available and does not introduce automatic confiscation.

Article 4. Balances, deposits, bonuses and withdrawals

4.1. Deposits

The service offers deposit requests through the linked checkout. Check currency, network, amount and address in the summary before sending funds. The crypto flow accepts whole-dollar amounts from 5 to 10,000 dollars. Payment service and network availability depends on the active service.

The balance updates after the deposit confirmation required by the system. Do not send funds to an address, on a network or for an amount different from the request.

4.2. Refunds and payment problems

Cancelled matches and adjustments follow the Game Rules and service checks; a stake may be returned according to the verification outcome. Applicable disciplinary deductions are separate from ordinary refunds.

Clauses for approval: legal conditions for deposit refunds and withdrawal from the contract, payment disputes and remedies for fraud. V3 does not describe an automatic chargeback penalty or confiscation of all funds as already implemented behaviour.

4.3. Withdrawals and document checks

You may request a withdrawal within the amount made available by the wallet, after outstanding wagering requirements. The service displays the minimum for each request; it is separate from the historical deposit requirement.

Withdrawal access requires historical deposits totalling at least 5 dollars or an eligible net administrative credit of at least 5 dollars. This requirement does not make bonuses immediately withdrawable. Account and payment service conditions must allow withdrawal.

New requests carry a 2-dollar fee: the summary shows the gross amount, fee and net payment. Earlier requests retain the fee recorded in their receipt.

Staff may request a manual identity document check when needed for withdrawal. No external KYC provider or document at registration is planned. Channel, procedure, required data and payment times must be defined before publication; this draft does not guarantee an unverified payment deadline.

4.4. Bonuses

The planned welcome bonus is ◈5 with a wagering volume requirement of 150 dollars. Standard bonuses require 30 times their value. On completion, conversion of an individual bonus is capped at five times its nominal amount and limited by the available bonus balance.

The wallet displays the usable bonus and progress. For stakes of 1, 5 and 10 dollars, bonus funds may cover the entire entry; for 20 and 50 dollars, at least half must come from non-bonus funds, subject to the access conditions displayed by the service.

No winnings or earnings are promised. Conditions for specific promotions must accompany the offer. The general 30-day bonus expiry in v2 must be reconciled with current behaviour before v3 is approved.

4.5. Tax obligations

Operator and player responsibilities and any tax obligations must be defined under applicable law. This draft does not determine the service's country or tax regime.

4.6. Inactive accounts

The monthly inactivity fee in v2 is not described as a current feature. Any such clause and its relationship to the service require an explicit decision before publication.

Article 5. Matches, prizes and disputes

Before joining, check the game, mode, player count, stake and displayed prize. The service screen explains how to confirm participation, enter the room and perform the steps assigned to the host.

The reviewed configuration charges 10% of the gross prize pool. The remaining pool is distributed according to the mode and actual participants, with rounding as stated in the Game Rules. For eligible referrals, RevShare awards 10% of the house fee portion attributable to play with non-bonus funds, subject to programme conditions.

Results are verified through the Brawl Stars log. Draws, absences, incorrect rooms, outsiders and other problems follow the Game Rules. Different irregularities may have different outcomes or refunds. In paid matches with outsiders or bots, the responsible winning host's credit is limited by their own stake and any applicable deduction, as stated in the Rules.

Use available reporting or dispute tools and keep the match reference. A staff decision does not waive statutory rights or remedies. Legal dispute deadlines and support response times remain subject to approval.

Article 6. Conduct and account restrictions

Do not tamper with the game, manipulate results, deliberately help an opponent, submit false evidence or use the community for harassment, fraud or spam.

The service records disciplinary points and applies the deductions and suspensions in the Game Rules and Penalties screen. Staff have tools to block or unblock accounts. The legal conditions of measures and any refunds must be approved; the text creates no new confiscation mechanisms.

Article 7. Nature of matches and risks

Challenges take place in Brawl Stars and their outcomes depend on participants' actions in the game. Playing with funds involves the risk of losing your stake.

The service's legal classification, including the v2 statement excluding gambling in every jurisdiction, requires review by competent advisers; this draft does not certify it. Also read Responsible Gaming.

Article 8. Trademarks and submitted content

Brawl Stars is a Supercell trademark. CashBrawl is not affiliated with, sponsored, supported or endorsed by Supercell.

Messages, images and evidence are used for the functions to which they are submitted: support, profile verification and reports. For approval: ownership of CashBrawl software and trademarks and necessary content permissions. A perpetual licence for any promotional use of player materials is not reproduced as already approved.

Article 9. Faults and liability

The service may be temporarily unavailable due to faults or maintenance. A game API failure may delay result verification; a delay is not presented as a final match outcome.

Liability provisions, any limitations permitted by law and user remedies must be reviewed by the operator with competent advisers. This draft does not remove mandatory guarantees or rights.

Article 10. Privacy and data

The Privacy Notice describes data processed for accounts, email/Google or Telegram access, play, images, payments, support, security and notifications, recipients and retention periods.

Reading the Privacy Notice is not general consent. Controller identity, contacts, legal bases, transfers and rights must be completed in the approved version.

Article 11. Disputes

For approval before publication: operator identity and registered address, applicable law, competent authority or court and dispute resolution channels. This draft does not confirm the UNIDROIT/international arbitration clause or class action waiver in v2.

Article 12. Contacts

The support contact in v2 is cashbrawltg@gmail.com. The current operator contact, privacy contact and dispute channel must be confirmed. When support chat is active, you may use the channel provided by the service.

The final version will include its effective date and links to the Privacy Notice, Game Rules and Responsible Gaming. V2 and its historical pages remain available; draft v3 does not replace them in production.
